Frequently asked questions

How much do you charge?

Whether you call,text or email we will ask you for your property details and arrange a convenient time to come out and give a quotation upon inspection this helps us to give clear prices and a chance to meet the customer where they can pass on any concerns and answer any questions.

Do I have to be home?

When we come to either quote or to carry out any job agreed if you are happy to leave access to external areas we can carry on whilst you are not available with your prior consent.

Can I pay online?

We will always leave a card with our bank details so that you make online payments. We do ask that these are made at your earliest convenience and we will always send polite reminder text when necessary. 

How often can you clean windows?

We commonly clean windows on  4,6 and 8 weekly cycles but it can be what suits the customer including one off cleans. 

Do you clean inside?

Yes we can clean inside windows.
